Armageddon

My Russian/Israeli friend Pavel sent me the link to NASA's Asteroid Impact Risk page. The statistics are actually updated in real time. So far, the highest chance of impact is 1.8e-03 ; this chance is actually very high, but the asteroid in question is tiny -- 0.040 km in diameter. Which means that the projected "impact" is actually a good thing, since we might get a chance to capture and study the asteroid, a la Firestar.
